European Sustainable Development Week
In association with the French NGO SOS SAHEL International France and its partners, Nexira is involved in sustainable development of acacia forests. This partnership comes from a common desire to build a more balanced and responsible world by improving the living conditions of the populations who are at the origin of gum arabic. The Acacia Project demonstrates that it is now possible to reconcile economic performance with social responsibility in areas that are extremely fragile from an environmental point of view. This innovative and collaborative approach also aims to enhance the potential of the Sahel where human and natural resources are the key to sustainable development.
